Is this something I cuold go to jail for? My children have moved out of our home per a no contact order.

If you are cited by a police officer for DV related property damages, yes, you could theoretically go to jail. Also, you would never be able to have guns again ever. As you could face confinement, you are entitled to a public defender if finances are an issue for you.

Before you take a plea, talk to a defender, see what they say. This can have a huge impact on your life.
