Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

First question is I bought the house and it is in my name. We were married one year later. Who gets the house?? Or what would happen to the house? It has very little equity in it.

Second: How much would I have to pay in child support?

Although you purchased the house before marriage, if marital community assets were used to make the payments, it should be community property.

Child support is determined by a formula (or table) based on the combined incomes of the parties. So without quite detailed income and tax and expenses information that is impossible to say.
