Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

I have a question regarding Right of First Refusal in the State of Washington. I work Saturday nights until 11 pm. Instead of allowing my 16 year-old son or another appropriate caregiver to watch my 3-year old daughter in my home, my ex exercises her ROFR. She takes my daughter home and refuses to return her to me when I finish work. She instead brings her back in the morning at 10 am. Her justification is that she wishes to ensure that my daughter has a reasonable bedtime. I have offered to have an appropriate caregiver meet my ex at our exchange point and put my daughter to bed in my home at her bedtime but she refuses. Do I have any recourse?

Check the Dispute Resolution section of your parenting plan. That section should give you the answer. It will probably require mediation, arbitration, or further court action.
