Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
I was recently in a car accident and was unable to attent a visit with my son.Our custody papers state that"durring any visit were one parent suspects the other of using drugs or alcohol they mey request a drug?alcohol test be done "My ex states that a phone message requesting this was left for me-But I DID NOT get it(Funny eh)
Now my visits are suspended.I have medical documentation,and on my own have been taking u.a."s .My ex evev has let me have our son one weekend,but continues to withhold visits.Is this legal?????

Without seeing the whole parenting plan/residential schedule and not knowing the details of the situation I would expect that a situation like that would be stated as the basis for an order restricting residential time, but would not have automatic effect.
