Relinquishing Parental Rights after divorce

Waht is the process of filing for relinquishing all rights of children? My x-husband wants to do this and I would like to get this accomplished asap! If this does happen, what all does it cover. Thanks.

Is your ex-husband the biological father of the children? If he is, he cannot relinquish his parental obligations (especially financial) until your children reach majority. You may want to modify the parenting plan but he will still have rights to see the children.
