Re: Relocate

The parent with primary residential placement under a WA state decree of parentage or dissolution has a duty to give notice to the non-primary residential parent of their intent to relocate anywhere outside of the child's current school district. The non primary parent can object, but what is a better use of energy is to sit down and make some agreements regarding what parenting plan will best work for the child and the families now.
