relocation of minor child

I am needing to move with my new husband and child to missouri from oregon and my childs father lives in washington state and he's threatening to take full custody of the child how likely is that when I have the child residing with me more than 90% of the time

It is unclear from this question whether this is an OR case or WA case. Where was the parenting plan/custody order issued? This then may lead to other questions and I don't have the time or energy to work through all the questions and alternative paths to elicit the facts you have not provided. If this is important (and let me assure it is, if you are wrong you will be in contempt and may be forced to return to court and bring the child and address the matter). Retain an attorney and get an answer specific to your situation.
