Request for money to pay for an abortion

In the state of Washington, is there a precedent or legal a obligation for a man to assist in paying for an abortion?

If she decided to sue for a portion of the medical fees, in who's side would the law favor if it went as far as in-court litigation?

There is no appellate law on financial responsibility for paying for an abortion unless there was a criminal act involved, i.e. sexual assault, and then it would be based on restitution for medical expenses. As a civil matter as a result of consensual sexual relations I don't know that you would have a cause of action for reimbursement for the cost of an abortion.
