Requirement of visitation facilitation

Am I, as the Custodial Parent, required to arrange and facilitate (IE, pay for, provide transportation for) the Noncustodial Parent's visitation? Or am I only required to *allow* visitation?

That is controlled by your parenting plan and the order of support. Without those documents, no more of an answer can be given.
