Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

I currently reside in WA with my husband and two children, we are going to be divorcing asap and I would like to move back to Oregon where our family lives. Are there any laws I need to know about before I go?

Maybe. If you are planning on being the primary residential parent, then when you are doing the parenting plan, you should review the provisions on child relocation. If your spouse agrees to the relocation, you can incorporate an acknowledgment of your intent to move and waiver of prior notice for your first move into the parenting plan. If you don't do that, you will need to provide 60 days notice prior to relocation unless he agrees to the relocation before 30 days have elapsed from your providing notice.
