Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Who's resposoble for the money market account?

I'm using a local attorney , my husband had a 401 k plan we've had to use it once to get him to pay some housing payments that he had left me. He still is not paying support , alimony, or household support. The balance of the 401k had been rolled over into a money market account and my attorney had told me it was in a trust account that my ex couldn't get any out of it. It was completed withdrawn in december or january this year. Is my lawyer at fault ??????

I'm not sure what this question is about. Whether your husband is liable to a contempt citation or your attorney's liable for malpractice would depend on facts. You have provided very little relevant information. It is unclear what the procedural development of the case is, e.g. has divorce petition been filed; was a temporary order entered; has a decree been entered; was the 401k allocated (QDRO entered)?
