Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

restraining order and child custody

My wife had said some pretty messed up things on the phone and i asked my aunt to watch our child, i left, my wife came and picked our child up and hasn't let me see her since. we have a valid parenting plan, but she states that she is not going to let me see our daughter and she is going to put a restraining order on me because of harrassement, but i call alot to try and see my daughter. when she goes to court...can she pull this off? we didnt know the parenting plan through our divorce (that we never went through with) is still open, because we moved back in and then i recently moved back out. But everything she is saying isn't true and it's just hearsay i have affidavits?? to back up that i did not abandon my daughter and that she came and took her. but she wants all rights and only wants me to have supervised visitations. plus she wants a restraining order against me. i havnt done anything at all to her. so how do i prove my innocence?
