restraining order

how do i go about getting a restraining order under my divorce after i have already been divorced. father is giving me serious problems, because he hasn't followed by the parenting plan.

Your description that your former spouse is not following the parenting plan suggests an alternative course of action: contempt may be the remedy you should consider. A restraining/no contact/anti-harassment order may have applicability, but would involve some kind of threat or abusive action.
