Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

review or modification

My parenting plan is up for review

The father is in major contempt in EVERY area of the parenting plan. I have not seen my child for 8 weeks! Should I go for the review or modification because of the contempt? I have not filed contempt yet. I am financially drained seriously owe 26,000.00 and have no resources at this point to hire the parenting gal

Re: review or modification

You should file ANOTHER contempt action.

If the primary residential parent is found in contempt three times in one year, then you have a basis to modify (reverse) custody.

Use it.
