Re: revoke parental

A voluntary termination of parental relationship is covered by provisions of RCW 26.33.110

Petition for termination Time and place of hearing Notice of hearing and petition Contents, RCW RCW 26.33.120 Termination -- Grounds -- Failure to appear, RCW 26.33.310 Notice -- Requirements -- Waiver.

You will need to prepare, file, pay the filing fee, and serve the summons and petition. The parent who is voluntarily allowing the termination of parental rights will have to sign an affidavit stating such. Hearing may be as little as 20 days after filing and serving the petition (longer time from filing/service may apply under some circumstances). Do not attempt to cut any corners.
