Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

What are my rights as a military wife? My husband keeps trying to kick me out of our home.. & we have a child together.

The "our home" portion demonstrates to me that it is your home as well, and thus have just as much right to be there as he does. The fact that you are in the military means you get to use the extrajudicial screw of speaking with this CO if something seems somewhat dishonorable.
