Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

My ex and i are seeking a divorce. he lives in Washington State, and i live in Oregon, Washington County. I need to know if we can file in Washington in his county? We want to do it as cheap and fast as possible and there is no reason we can't. Neither of us are contesting the divorce.

Yes. You can file in WA in the county of his residence, and if both parties submit to jurisdiction, all issues can be resolved.
