Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

i have been separated from my husband for a few years, and i want to know am i entitled to half his pension when i file for divorce ? he is a cement mason #528. we were together over 17 years.

The courts work on the principle of a fair and equitable distribution of the assets and liabilities taking everything that is before the court into consideration. So the answer is maybe, but it depends on more than you have provided in your question.
