Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
I've been served child support papers. I'm also in the military, e-4 specialist. My wife, (we're not even legally separated), now lives with my parents, at their homw in CA. I am based out of WA. The state still wants me to pay 1323.00 which is more than half of my take home pay per month. She doesn't work, but somehow managed to put "head of houshold" on the guidelines calculations results summary. Can the courts include my BAH into my income for the tax year? Even if it's not taxed, and so is an unjust representation of my net income? What are guide lines if she's recieving spousal support from a third non party? She doesn't pay rent buy food or pay bills. She's been living with her mom until they got into an argument because the children are not disciplined enough, and now she's living with my parents. In addition she's given away over 10,000, perhaps closer to 22,500 dollars to a charity while I was over seas in iraq..... HELP!!!!!

You would st likely need an attorney to help you with this. The standards for child support are found in chapter 26.19 RCW and can be found at http://apps.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=26.19. You can find forms at http://www.courts.wa.gov/forms/.
