Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

I served a night in jail for a domestic violence charge last evening. My daughter was left in his care. We never went to family court for a custody hearing or anything like that so I would assule I have full custody. There is a no contact order not letting me contact her father, but he has my daughter. Am I legally able to let a third party pick her up and bring her to me?

You have a serious problem because generally those orders prohibit using third parties to communicate with the person protected. You need to file a petition to establish paternity or if that is already established then to set up a residential schedule.
