It depends. If you were married for 25 years before you separated in 2002 your obligations are going to be different than they would be if you were married for 24 days.
WA is a community property state. A very short term marriage - depending on what you earn and what you own - can create a presumption that everything you own is held jointly with your ex. Again, it depends.
Do you have children with her? If so you need a parenting plan and an order of child support.
It's nearly impossible to speculate about maintenance and property division without knowing more.

WA is a "no fault" state. Doesn't matter why you want a divorce so long as the marriage is irretrievably broken, and the court does not want to know the details.
