Sexless marriage?
I have been in a sexless marriage for over 2 years, I have heard that if I go for a divorce, I can say the date of seperation was the last day it occured? Can anyone proved clarification or information concerning this issue?

Re: Sexless marriage?
There is no explicit requirement that the parties have sex in order to not be separated. The absence of sexual relations may be one of several indicators of separation, but it is not determinative.
