i am a mother of three my oldest boy who is 8 years i\old hit a 7 year old in the balls for stilling his food and I got a letter statting that he can be charged with first degree child molestation.

I am not a well egucated perosn and i dont want my child to suffer from that.

I want to clear my sons name. I do also want that day care taken down for not waching the kids. I know for a fact that they protected a child who was depansing my son and i feel that is more of a sexul crime then a hit. but because I yelled at them for alowing that to happen they inturned places sexual asult on my son the next day. My son did admitt to hitting the boy. When I talk to the day care a few days latter they wanted my kids back. Two days latter a cop showed up at my door claming sexual asult on my kid. I went to the day care for the incodent report they still didn't have it a week after this had happend. Plus the person who reported it went on vacation so I couldn't even talk to her.

It has been a mounth but I have know idal what to do.

I want my sons name cleared most of all but it wouldn't hurt to get them.
