how to sign off my rights

i want to sign my rights off to my kids how do i go and do this and how long dose it take and how much it cost to do so please respond to this asap

I assume that you want to terminate your parental rights.

In Harris County, Texas, it is usually not done unless there is going to be a step-parent adoption.
