Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Signed Agreement To Relocate One Child

I currently live in Louisana, and have one child living in Washington. When my ex-husband and I were divorced both children were living with the father. This year the father decided to let the daughter come live with me, we typed and signed a letter stating that he agreed to allow her to live with me. Is this a binding contract? Do we have to go back and having the parenting plan changed?

Re: Signed Agreement To Relocate One Child

Anything you mutually agree to is OK. If you disagree on anything, it would be better to bring it to court.
