A CR2A is an agreement (enforceable), but does not have operative effect on its own. It depends on what the CR2A addressed. They can be broad or narrow as to issues addressed. If the issues addressed were in the Order of Support, then you should prepare an order of support (ORS) and Washington State Child Support Worksheet that conforms to the changes that were addressed in the CR2A and do a motion to modify/adjust the ORS to conform to the CR2A, you can then present the new order. The optimum would be to have the other party sign off on the agreed motion and order. You should be aware that on matters of Child Support that, even with agreement of the parties, courts will not allow a significant deviation from the table without an explicit justification that satisfies the court.
