Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Single Mother

I am a single mother and I've recently moved to WA w/my daugter.

I transferred w/the company I work for and am about to receive a communication record for leaving an employee on the floor alone when I went to take my daughter to school.

I had no other choice at the time and feel that this treatment is uncalled for. Can I be written up for this situation and what are my rights regarding being a single parent and work?

This is not a Family Law issue, you should consider presenting it under employment law to get an answer.
