my son is 17

my son is 17, he ran away frome his father who has full custody, he has been living with me (mother) for a year is still in school and his dad just told him he had to moove out of hear in three days... i say no way what rights do I have

The parenting plan is in force until it is modified. Whatever it says is what you should be doing. I generally tell clients to promptly conform the parenting plan to any changes in circumstance, if the other party will not agree, you can file for a modification, often, the easiest time to do that is when the change happens, while everybody is still okay with it, rather than waiting until somebody makes an issue out of it. You should file for a modification, and a motion for temporary orders.
