spanking losing custody

How can we get a g.a.l thrown off our case? We have declaration a people saying she lyed about what they have said. And proof she is only 1 sided and have always been 1 sided.

The burden of proof is on the party trying to remove the GAL. The process is to file a motion to remove the GAL. Evidence is going to be required, and evidence is evaluated as to its credibility. Evidence that is not credible (e.g. from biased sources) is going to be given little weight. The most weight is given to witnesses who testify against their own interest or against the interest of their friend or relative. The best evidence is documentary (bills for services, receipts for payment, etc) from parties who have no stake in the action. If you want to get a GAL removed you should consult with an attorney, but don't expect an attorney to be enthusiastic about taking the case unless your evidence is truly compelling (most GALs come off a county list maintained by the court, and the attorney won't want to take chance on having to deal with the GAL in another case, unless he was successful.
