Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

spoucel maint.

I have been divorced for three years and currently pay maint. to my ex. I am taking her back to court to have it removed as she works at a great paying job and has for 10 years and she makes more money than I do. can this be removed and what does the law state for the criteria to recive spoucel support?

What does your decree say about how long you are to pay maintenance? You could seek to amend the decree if you have a change of circumstances from when it was entered, the burden is on you to show that the decree should be amended.
