Spousal Abandonment?

My husband up and left the state when I asked for a divorce. We have been married 9 years. I know what state hes in but dont know where. He is refusing to contact me.

He has been the bread winner for 9 years, he left me having no job, or home ..

Do I have any legal grounds here? If so what are they?

I am not sure what you are asking, but you can petition for dissolution of marriage or legal separation, but the grounds for those are the marriage is irretrievably broken or you don't want to live together respectively.
