Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Spousal maintenance

I am legally separated from my husband since 2006. I was married to him for 32 years. At the time I filed for a separation my husband was unemployed. Since then he has started to receive Social Security Disablity benefits. How can I file for Spousal maintenance?

Re: Spousal maintenance

Yes you can file a motion to amend the decree of separation. I don't know what your prospects of success will be, that would depend on facts not provided in this question.
