Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

spousal support - WA

I recently was denied my motion to increase my spousal maintenance (Denied Motion Fr Revision). I didn't file an appeal within 30 days. Is there anything else I can do?

Not on that motion. You can file a new motion, but you better have some new and substantially better evidence or you may be facing an judge with little sympathy for you, who may assess attorney's fees against you for a frivolous motion.

If you are handling this yourself, you may want to hire an attorney to review the previous motion documents and order, and look at what you propose for a new motion and give you a critique of what you are planning on filing.
