spokane washington, time on having to wait on an atty. to file a petition for temp.spousal support please. quik facts involving: only have a po box for the serving spouse, but the serving spouse also out right just left the other spouse with nothing, no money,no car and has had no communication either.. i need clued on the formalities and proceedures please if i may ask someone for just a moment please? (filing fee for order has been pd. already for atty.'s time for this filing fee required here in spokane).providing jugde did not waive that fee.. thank you very much .
