Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

State has Jurisdiction over one person in a civil case

Very traumatising sep/divorse between myself and husband and 2 boys. In the summons at the beginning of this mess the paperwork states ''The State of WA has jurisdiction over the wife'' I dont understand, Is this normal? However Its probly to late for me, but if this is important or could help to understand why I am being absolutly disreguarded as a lost primary parent, with no more energy, and no one I can find to turn this around.

That is not standard Summons language. However, that does sound like Petition language asserting jurisdiction. It then should go on to explain why the court has jurisdiction over the Respondent. The Petitioner has already subjected himself to jurisdiction by signing the petition and summons (or having his lawyer do it), and filing them.
