Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

state has kidnapped children and taken custody.

On hearsay from upset teen, they asking us to relinquish boys 4, & 6. if we don't we wont be able to see them again. ener if we fight. what can we do? our children have no birty certificates, i don't know if that makes a differance?
