In the state of Washington, what right does an unemployed wife with kid have during divorce. What percentage of the spouse's income should she get if the marriage lasted for 7-8 yrs ? If all her savings from her well paid job was in a common account that was emptied out, is there any way to show the misappropriate expense ratio and get some back ?
