step-child adoption

I would like to know how to go about having my husband adopt my daughter. Her bio-father passed away about 2 years ago.

He will have to do an adoption just like any other. I don't do adoption work, but I would never suggest to a person that they do an adoption without an attorney. It is just too important to allow it to be messed up pro se.
