EX stole my 13 yr. old son

My ex has no visitation rights , I have court ordered custody, he took once before for 4 months court gave him back but didnt press charges. now hes done it again only this time hes turned my son against me. went to court got restaining order and order to retur my son to me but we couldnt serve him ,once he found out that we were trying he went into hiding. now i think hes taken off with my son. this guy is a serious violent offender murder 2 of a minor and my child has severe mental and medical problems. what do i do now, how do i press kidnapping charges on him and his wife?

This is not a matter for an attorney but for the police. If you have a court order requiring the return of your son, and it has been violated deliberately, then you need to call the police and file a criminal activity report ASAP.
