If you get a subpoena duces tecum from a attorney, which is from a attorneys office and only signed by the attorney and not signed by a judge does this mean it is my option to perduce the information or not?

Re: subpoena duces tecum

No. You are obligated if the rules are otherwise followed.

Assuming this is a civil and not a criminal proceeding, see

CR 45 Subpoena (Superior Court) http://www.courts.wa.gov/rules/display.cfm?group=sup&set=CR&ruleid=supcr45

or, if it is in District Court, see CRLJ 45, http://www.courts.wa.gov/ruleid=cljcrlj45
