Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Supervised vistiation

I need to know if my ex can exclude my boyfriend from my supervised visitations. He has an established relationship with my children, he was their father for a year before they were taken from us. Ex is saying paperwork says just I can visit (which it does not). Is there paperwork I need to file?

Re: Supervised vistiation

Refer to the documents that require supervised visitation. What does that court order say? Your ex is not wearing the robe here - the previous order controls the terms of your visits. If your ex is refusing to allow your visits to occur (for whatever reason) then consider whether or not your ex is "in contempt" of the parenting plan. There are forms on line that you can file to ask a judge to make that determination.
