support for minor not living with custodial parent

my divorce was granted in MO. x-wife moved to WA. 2 yrs. ago , child age 17 lives 60 miles from his mother, am i still obligated to pay support when she gets the money, and doesn't raise the child? child has quit school but is not Legally emancipated by state of washington. child works and lives with his brother-in-law.who has jurisdiction in

this case, missouri or washington? thank you for considering this matter. l. shafer

You have a court order and the general rules is that you are required to pay support until a certain time or until another order is entered. So you should file a motion/petition for modification (and request for a hearing promptly to get a temporary modification).
