Suspended
I just recently discovered that an attorney that represented me over two years ago has as of this year been disbarred. While reading through the information regarding the reasons, it also stated that he was suspended in the year 2004. He represented me in 2005, and helped me with the finalization of my parenting plan. I need to know weather I have any issues regarding this? Is my document binding if both parties signed, as well as judge? Thank you

The time to appeal has passed, and after one year the time for a motion to vacate has effectively passed (there are exceptions, but they are exceptions). Unless there is something involving fraud or misrespresentation that was incorporated into the final documents you probably don't have grounds for a motion to vacate. If the services provided by the attorney meet the standard of practice, you don't have a malpractice claim (even if he was not licensed), and it appears from your statement that he was in "good standing" at the time that he was providing services to you.

Your decree is final if a judge signed it. You might want the peace of mind of having another licensed attorney review your decree and findings and parenting plan (and order of child support) but the Judge should have caught any irregularities.
