Can child support be suspended during visitation with the Obligor when the Decree does NOT state it to be suspended during these visits?

Re: Suspending Child Support

Unless the order of support provides for a suspension of payments while the child is with the obligor, then "no" the payments cannot be suspended during that time.

If you are asking whether a court would provide for that type of order, that depends on what the amount of support is at other times, but in general, that gets really too complicated and courts prefer to have even payments over every month.
