Emancipation is a remedy for her, not for you, unfortunately. If you cannot manage her you can ask the state to take over for you. They will charge you for this (child support). They would limit drastically your contact with your child.

Your other options might be to look for some help through her school. The counseling center of her high school has funds available to get you a referral to a mental health professional who can help you sort through how best to help your daughter.

I am not trying to suggest that you have any problems, seriously. I just think it's a good idea to use the appropriate tool for the job, and there are some things the law is ill equipped to do. If she continues to act out, you'll be familiar with the criminal justice system soon enough, unfortunately.

Before that happens, perhaps a therapist can figure out why she's intent on destroying her life before it starts and can help you (as a family) get on the right track.
