Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
Teenager wants to choose.
I have primary custody of my 3 children. My oldest is almost 15 and refuses to do chores, he now wants to go live with his father. At what age can he decide to do that and what legal steps would need to be taken?

18 years old. If you want to make any significant change in residence, you should change the parenting plan and support order to reflect the change. You can do an agreed modification in one day: file, go to ex parte and get the orders signed.
