Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
RE: Temporary Custody/visitation
My first question was answered regarding my ex's refusal to let me have vistitation. No, I did not move without notice. The thing is that I was to move to the town he lives in and actuallly let my son stay with him for 3 months during this time. I did not give him custody but did allow him to start school there. Upon realizing my ex was still a heavy drinker, I had plans to bring my son back with me...that is when he ran down and put the restraining order/temp. order on me..when I decided NOT to move there. It is a vindictive thing but now I cannot take my son out of the situation. The commisioner did order him to hire a GAL. I hope that they can see thru what is being done. I have always been a loving and attentive mother.

Re: RE: Temporary Custody/visitation
You need to beg or borrow the money to pay the GAL fee. If your ex is this bad, you can seek reimbursement of those fees.
Get the GAL funded and talk to them, tell them your side of the story.
And demand your ex give you visitation.
