temp.spousal support
in spokane washington,how fast can a spouse receive it as well as the steps needed to be taken first in order to do so please.

You would need to file a motion for temporary orders, and ask for spousal maintenance as part of the relief. Typically on temporary orders you must provide the opposing party with 14 days notice of the hearing date. Check your local rules for details.
