Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

I am told I owe money to support enforcement. Its not my child. The mom says so too. They will garnish all my meager moneys that I will get. I need this stopped and want to get the thousands they have taken from me beck. Help.

How did DCS get an order for support? Somebody had to assert your were the father or there had to be some legal status at the time that made you a presumptive father. Did you sign the Paternity Affidavit, the application for the birth certificate or were you the husband of the mother during the relevant period? You have a limited period in which to renounce your fatherhood and the amount of time varies with how you were determined to be the father.
