Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

when my twins were born my current boyfriend assumed he was the father and signed the paternity affidavit. we are now seperated and i believe that he is not the biological father. he is now demanding to see my dfaughters and take them for 4 days. i dont want him to. what are my rights?

A critical fact that you have not provided is how long ago did did you and your boyfriend sign the affidavit. There are time limits to when you can repudiate it.
